2026-27 Application Process 

We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year. Please complete the following steps to enroll your student.

• Step 1: Download and read the 2026-27 Info Packet here:

• Step 2: Complete the 2026-27 Enrollment Forms by clicking the appropriate links below.
• Step 3: (New Families only) Participate in a phone interview with Pathways staff.
• Step 4: Please contact jolene@pathwayshomeschool.com for information on how to submit the application fee.
  NEW Families: No application fee is required until you have received notice of acceptance to the program.
• Note: Priority is given to returning students and siblings of current students.

• RETURNING Family Application
  The priority deadline for returning families is March 6th, 2026.

ALL Families, please complete the following forms:

1. 2026-27 Pathways Statement of Faith
2. 2026-27 Pathways Homeschool Program Tuition and Financial Contract
3. 2026-27 PATHWAYS HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM PARENT CONTRACT AGREEMENT and ACADEMIC AGREEMENT
4. Policies, (EARLY WITHDRAWAL POLICY, DRESS CODE, ACADEMIC INTEGRITY, CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND PICTURE RELEASE POLICY)
   
5. Emergency Form: Please download the form below. With compatible software, you may be able to complete the form on your computer.
   Complete one per student and submit a printed copy to Pathways staff or email directly to jolene@pathwayshomeschool.com.
